Over the next few months the Tri-Cities will have access to new services that makes it easy to keep abreast of what’s happening on a timely basis. A daily community digest will be compiled for each of Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Coquitlam as well as one for Tri-Cities wide news and events. These will be phased in with www.PoCo.Today launching first at the end of October.
People and organizations are invited to share news, alerts, sports, arts, life, announcements, business, jobs, opinions, events, photos, videos and anything else of interest to the community. The digest consists of summaries that link back to the sharer’s website, blog or social media.
In addition to a daily news digest, each community will also have access to calendar where you can post events and a community blog for those without access to an online publishing source. A directory of community organizations is also being compiled.
