VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – With the Great British Columbia ShakeOut happening at 10:20 this morning, one critic says BC hasn’t done enough to prepare for catastrophic disasters. “They’ve been very good at telling other people what they have to do, but they have not been particularly good at dealing with the things they have to do,” says BC NDP Public Safety critic Mike Farnworth.
