Stunt magician to play tricks in Coquitlam

And, next week, Vancouver-based stunt magician Wes Barker will land in Coquitlam to display his tricks of the trade.

Police identify Surrey victim of ‘suspicious’ death in Coquitlam

A man found dead near an abandoned vehicle in Coquitlam, B.C., on Sept. 23 has been identified as Jason Leigh Zellmer from Surrey, B.C., and police say his death does not appear to be random. The 39-year-old was found after police got a call about an abandoned car in the 4900 block of Quarry Road in rural Coquitlam, close to the Pitt River.
