Hi there, last night, June 24, 2016 our cat Adele got out, we saw her in the bush behind our home but she ran off around 130am and we haven’t seen or heard her since. We have had her for 6 months and she is very friendly, she was a stray before we got her and she is very scared of other people – she wouldn’t even come to us last night. She also answers to “delli”. She went missing from Riverbend Drive and Bedford at the border of Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. She was wearing a collar with a bell, it is a pull collar though so if she got caught on something it could have come off. Please contact 7789870400 or 7789991825

Ethical Waste Services Ltd. Yesterday was an amazing day on the grind! I got to hang out with Daniel Sedin and tell him about ACCESS and my 50 grinds to raise money for our outreach program. By the way he did the grind in 35 minutes! I had my fastest time, 56:42, of the year and I did the grind 4 times in a row! That makes a total of 24 grinds completed! What a great day!!
